Julie Ann
Owner & CEO
Julie Gautreaux is a born and bred New Orleans native. She received her Master of Science in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Program at the University of New Orleans and joined the event and hospitality industry in 2015.
In June 2017, Julie was elected The Vice President of Communications on the Board of The MPI (Meeting Professional International) Gulf States Chapter and in 2016 won the Chapter Rising Star Award. She has also been the recipient of several MPI Foundation Scholarships. Through MPI she earned her CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) certification.Â
In her role at Paper Plane, she is responsible for organizing the details involved with planning large and small meetings, conventions, and incentive events.Â
In her spare time, Julie enjoys cooking, trying out new restaurants, lunchtime workouts, traveling, photography, and camping.
Currently she lives in Charleston, SC.
